No, you will not be billed before the work is completed. When you pay by credit card, the total amount will be pre-authorized, meaning the funds are reserved but not actually charged. The charge will only be processed once the job is completed to your satisfaction. This ensures that you only pay for the services you’ve received, and you can have confidence in our commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Measuring square footage is easy! Here’s a simple guide:

1. Concrete Surfaces (Driveways, Patios, Walkways):

•Measure the length and width of the area.

•Multiply the length by the width to get the square footage.

•For irregular shapes, break them into smaller rectangles, measure each, and add the areas together.

2. Roof or House:

•Measure the length and width of the roof or house.

•Multiply these numbers to get the base area.

3. Fences:

•Measure the length of each side of the fence.

•Add the lengths together to find the total perimeter.

Concrete Cleaning

We recommend having your concrete professionally cleaned at least once a year to maintain its appearance and prevent damage. However, the frequency may vary based on factors such as local climate, surface type, and the level of dirt and debris accumulation.

Payment and Policies
