Pricing is based on surface size, level of buildup, and how long it’s been since the last proper cleaning. If you’re unsure about measurements, just send an estimate—we can help refine it.

No charges are made before service. Credit cards may be pre-authorized prior to your appointment, but funds are only captured once the work is completed and you’re satisfied with the results.

Yes, but it requires a different approach. Cleaning can remove chalky buildup and improve appearance, but it won’t fully restore color if the siding is heavily worn or faded.

Results & Expectations

Most organic buildup, dirt, and algae clean up very well. Some deeper stains—like older oil marks or heavy weathering—may lighten but not disappear completely.

Payments & Policies

We accept credit cards, Visa debit, Interac e-Transfer, cash, cheque (with approval), and Affirm financing. Credit cards may be pre-authorized before service and are only charged once the work is complete. Interac, cash, or cheque payments may require a 50% deposit in advance, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Invoice billing is available for approved business clients.

Deposits may be required for certain payment methods or bookings. Details will be confirmed during scheduling.

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel.
