OCD Clean offers a variety of residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

1. User Responsibilities

Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

Access: You agree to provide our team with access to your property as needed to perform the services. Any restrictions or special instructions must be communicated in advance.

Preparation: Please make sure all areas to be cleaned are accessible and any movable obstacles are removed. For sanitary reasons, kindly ensure any dog waste is cleaned up before our arrival, as we will be dragging hoses around your yard. Additionally, for the safety of both our team and your pets and children, please keep pets and children away from the yard or any locations where OCD Clean will be working for the day.

2. Service Execution

Quality and Performance: We strive to provide the highest quality of service. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us immediately, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Service Modifications: We may occasionally need to reschedule or modify a service due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you in advance if this occurs.

Damage and Liability: OCD Clean is insured for any damages that may occur as a result of our services. However, we are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or negligence on the part of the homeowner. We will do a site survey with photographs or video before we get started.

Project Acceptance: OCD Clean reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion.

Documentation: For documentation, training, and marketing purposes, OCD Clean may take photographs or videos of the work performed. By using our services, you consent to this practice.

3. Payment Responsibilities

Deposit: To secure your appointment, a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit can be conveniently paid online via credit card and will be credited toward the total cost of the service.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior, the deposit may be forfeited.

Payment: The remaining balance is due upon completion of the service. You can pay the remaining amount using a credit card or Interac transfer. Timely payment is required, and failure to settle the balance may result in additional fees or legal action.

4. Disclaimer on Cleaning Chemicals and Safety Reminder

Disclaimer on Cleaning Chemicals:

At OCD Clean, we use cleaning solutions, including a diluted mixture of sodium hypochlorite (the industry standard), to ensure effective and thorough cleaning of your property. While these chemicals are effective in removing contaminants, they should be handled with care. We adhere to strict safety protocols to minimize any risk associated with their use.

Please be assured that our team follows all recommended guidelines to ensure your safety and the effective application of our cleaning solutions. This includes performing a thorough rinse with straight water after cleaning each section to remove any residue and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness.

Safety Reminder:

For the safety of your pets and children, please keep them away from the area that has been cleaned until it is completely dry. While our cleaning solutions are applied with care, it is important to avoid contact with recently cleaned surfaces to prevent any potential irritation or harm. Your cooperation in maintaining a safe environment is greatly appreciated and helps ensure the best results from our cleaning services.

5. Termination of Services

OCD Clean reserves the right to terminate your access to our services at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, a breach of these Terms of Service.
