At OCD Clean, we stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver exceptional service every time. We know things don’t always go perfectly, so here’s how our refund policy works.
1. Service Payments
- One-Time & Payment Plans: All services are paid either in full after completion or through a pre-authorized payment plan. No payment is captured until the job is finished and you’re satisfied.
- Minimum Charges: Please note that all services are subject to a minimum charge. Refunds will not be issued for minimum charges once service has been performed.
2. Quality Guarantee
- Your Satisfaction: If you’re not satisfied with our work, please let us know immediately. We will do everything we can to resolve the issue, including returning to re-clean if necessary.
- Refunds for Unsatisfactory Service: In rare cases where we cannot resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion based on the situation.
3. Damage & Liability
- Our Responsibility: OCD Clean is fully insured for any damage directly caused by our services. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage due to homeowner negligence.
- Resolution: If damage occurs as a result of our work, we will work with you to address it promptly. Refunds or repairs will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
4. How to Request a Refund
If you feel a refund is appropriate, please contact us within 7 days of your service. Include a clear description of the issue and any supporting details or photos so we can review your request quickly.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days. Timing for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment method.
